Washington DC - On February 23, 2010 Dr. Ralph D. Fertig, a 79 year old Civil rights activist lawyer will face the supreme court in a case that questions the very constitutionality of the USA patriot act. Soraya Fallah interviewed Dr. Ralph D Fertig regarding the upcoming Supreme Court Case, and his activism for the Kurdish People.
Mr. Fertig is president of the Humanitarian Law Project, a nonprofit group that has a long history of mediating international conflicts and promoting human rights.
