Clip from DAVID & LAYLA film is a humble homage to the 5000 innocents of Halabja (and environs) who were gassed to death in minutes by Saddam's chemical WMD, lasting 3 days beginning March 16, 1988.

Eventually, about 12,000 humans were massacred - innocent children, young and old, women and men.
Tragic consequences continue to-date including: high infertility among women, deformed new borns, higher cancer and unknown diseases...as a result of the toxic chemicals entering rivers and seeping into the ground affecting agriculture, fish, birds and live stock.
Saddam was then a friend of Washington - his chemical WMD - Weapons of Mass Destruction - were supplied by manufacturers of such countries as Germany, UK, Russia.... with the full knowledge of those governments and that of USA... What is new?
