What the EU did not want to hear in the PKK's submission!

Interesting Points the EU Did Not Want to Look At in Relation to the PKK.
To be quite honest, the text of the recent ruling of the EU in relation to the annulling of the 2002 inclusion of the PKK on the EU's 'terrorism' list, is extremely boring. (Please read it here)
These two points however whacked me around the head and sum up the Council of Europe's attitude and exposes their criminal acquiescence in Turkey's savage repression of the Kurds.
- 40 - As part of its outline of the material facts in the application, the applicant invites the Court to make certain general findings of fact in support of the applicant’s claim. These facts concern the status of the Kurds, the policy and objectives pursued by the PKK, and the relationship between the Turkish State and the Kurds.
- 41 - The Council submits that this request is inadmissible. It observes that in the context of an application pursuant to Article 230 EC the Court is not obliged to make such general findings of fact and is entitled to concentrate on those which are directly relevant to the contested acts, which is a matter for the Court’s appreciation.
Hevallo translates from the legal jargon:
"We do not want to legally find that the Kurdish people have been savagely repressed by Turkey, with the 'criminal acquiescence' of the European Countries and that the PKK are pursuing a Legitimate Freedom Struggle and have the popular support of the Kurdish people."
