Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi must first apologize

There has been a rumor circulating around the internet that the world-known Islamic theologian and thinker, Dr. Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi has been invited to Sulaimaniyah, Kurdistan region of Iraq, to speak to the Kurdish people regarding the current situation there and about change. It would be a privilege for the Kurdish nation to have someone as Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi to speak to them. However, it should not be permissible for him to speak to the Kurdish nation for the following reasons:
1. Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi, to this day, has not condemned the occupation of Kurdistan by its neighbors; and he knows that occupation of lands and nations is forbidden in the Holy Qur'an, in the Sunnah, by the Islamic congregation, and by intelligence. Islam has strictly spoken against occupations and have ordered occupiers to leave the forbidden and illegal occupation, with apologize and compensation to the nation. How then such concepts, Islamic concepts against occupation, and concepts of law, became absent to such a person as Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi?
2. It is necessary first that Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi apologizes to God; then to the Kurdish nation, as well as the Iraqi people because he showed mercy and compassion to Dictator Saddam Hussein following his execution. The crimes that were committed by Saddam Hussein is not a mystery to anybody and is clearly known; the crimes of mass murder, pillaging of cities, and livelihood, and of the lives of the Kurdish and Iraqi people. As well as other inhumane acts of destruction of human life and land he perpetuated in the Kurdistan region and other parts of Iraq. Besides that, initiating a bloody war with Iran which resulted in death of more than million lives.
For the information of Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi, the faith dictator Saddam Hussein had during his execution was the same faith the Pharaoh of Egypt had while drowning. Because of that, the Almighty did not accept the faith of the Pharaoh; similarly, God will not accept the faith of dictator Saddam Hussein and other blood-thirsty and inhumane people like him. If the Holy Qur'an would have had revealed in our time about Saddam and his alikes, there would have been many revelation of chapters about them and condemning them; just like how chapters have been revealed about Pharaoh, Namrud, and Haman. And people like whom who have been the dictators and murderers of history.
3. Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi in the past has described the righteous struggle of South Kurdistan [Iraqi Kurdistan] as terrorism. He must, according to Sharia, have showed mercy and support to such a noble and righteous struggle. Because the struggle of the Kurdish nation have been of most deserving and praiseworthy because of the decades of suppression, oppression, and the Kurds have seen some of the worst genocide, crimes, and cruelty being perpetuated against them.
4. Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi has not condemned the occupation of Kurdistan; Kurdistan and its nation have been exposed to most fiercest, shredding, and brutal occupation; and so because of these reasons mentioned, it is not acceptable to invite Dr. Sheikh al-Qaradawi to give a speech in one of the cities of Kurdistan because at first it is of most essential that he apologizes to the Kurdish nation in an official manner.
